A national event to discover industry
The “Journées Usines Ouvertes” (Open Factory Days) operation is a national event dedicated to discovering the world of industry. Organized throughout France, it aims to open the doors of companies to the general public in order to raise awareness of the realities and opportunities of the sector. The 2026 edition took place from March 20 to 21, and brought together a large number of industrial companies committed to sharing and transparency.
Over the two days, participating companies welcomed visitors, students, job-seekers and people undergoing professional retraining. Through guided tours, demonstrations and discussions with the teams, everyone had the opportunity to find out more about the trades, know-how and working environments specific to industry. More than a simple visit, this initiative highlighted modern, innovative and constantly evolving work environments, where human skills play an essential role.
Immersion at the heart of EYCO
As part of this, on Friday March 20 we were delighted to welcome a class of 4ᵉ students from Collège Jean Giono in Le Beausset. The students were given a behind-the-scenes look at EYCO through a tour of our facilities and discussions with our teams. This immersion gave them a better understanding of our business, our professions and the different stages of manufacturing. Curious and interested, they asked many questions, making this meeting particularly rewarding for all concerned. The visit took place under excellent conditions and was greatly appreciated by both students and supervisors. The “Journées Usines Ouvertes” were a real opportunity to showcase industrial professions, encourage vocations and strengthen links between companies and their local area.
